Karen Dolce is truly a professional! Our home was positioned in a well populated area and the thought of selecting an agent among many was overwhelming. Someone suggested we contact Karen and from the initial point of speaking with her, we knew she was the right agent for us. Her calm demeanor and warm personality provided us reassurance of being fully represented.
From the initial point of listing, she provided us tips on home presentation and how to keep it appealing to potential buyers. She remained in constant contact through phone and email, which proved to us that she was a dedicated to her clients. Need a real estate agent? Call Pat Norwine. She was the listing agent for the sale of my condo in Mar Vista. We had several problems and Pat, like a trooper, got us through them all. However, she went over and beyond the call of duty because she treated me also as though I were her client.
